- In the subsequent screen, validate your identity using any of your Co-op ATM cards. Input your card number, card PIN, and card expiry date for verification.
- Upon submission, you’ll receive a 6-digit confirmation code via both SMS and email. Input this code to continue.
- On the next screen, create your unique username and password, ensuring they meet the password criteria.
- Set up a secure image and phrase as a verification measure for ensuring you’re on the legitimate site.
- Select and answer three security questions to further enhance your account’s security.
- Upon successfully completing the previous steps, you’ll receive a verification email confirming your profile creation on the online platform. This email will prompt you to activate your profile within 5 days.
- Click the activation link provided in the email to proceed.
