5. In the subsequent screen, validate your identity using any of your Co-op ATM cards. Input your card number, card PIN, and card expiry date for verification.
6. Upon submission, you’ll receive a 6-digit confirmation code via both SMS and email. Input this code to continue.
7. On the next screen, create your unique username and password, ensuring they meet the password criteria.
8. Set up a secure image and phrase as a verification measure for ensuring you’re on the legitimate site.
9. Select and answer three security questions to further enhance your account’s security.
10. Upon successfully completing the previous steps, you’ll receive a verification email confirming your profile creation on the online platform. This email will prompt you to activate your profile within 5 days.
11. Click the activation link provided in the email to proceed.
12. After clicking the link, you’ll receive a confirmation message.
13. Click on the “Login” button and use your newly created username and password to sign in.
