KICC TSAVO HALL
Tsavo is ideal for large meetings, exhibitions, banquets as well as reception events. It is located on the ground floor. It is located on the ground floor.
KICC AMPHITHEATRE HALL
The Amphitheatre is a meeting hall with a cultural blend of tradition and modernity, located at the 2nd & 3rd floor. This hall represents the traditional African Hut. It is equipped with Simultaneous Interpretation Equipment (SIE) of up to seven languages that pioneers the staging of international seminars. This hall is ideal for symposia and seminars due to its unique structural design. It is equipped with medium-sized LCD & LED screens that facilitate screened information during seminars. It has table microphones mounted on each delegate’s table so as to enable quality audio projection. It is also equipped with a quality sound PA system that ensures effective conversation flow is enhanced within symposia, conferences and seminars. This venue offers quality lighting systems, thus an arena that can sustain live broadcasts and TV filming. This room is furnished with control booths located at strategic points which ensures audio projection is well established. It is carpeted, air-conditioned and offers fast Wi-Fi connectivity, providing a perfect atmosphere during seminars.
KICC ABERDARE AND LENANA HALLS
Lenana and Aberdare Halls, located in the lower ground floor, are perfect for medium-size conferences, meetings and seminar. They each have a sitting capacity of 300 people seated theater style, 200 people classroom and 100 people for a banquet. There is a comfortable lounge overlooking a flowered cascade where tea and coffee are easily served. It has superb sound equipment and proper air conditioning. There is a partitioning wall between the two rooms which can be folded to create a bigger space for more than 500 people. It is located on the lower ground floor.
KICC SHIMBA HILLS ROOM
Shimba hall is an excellently spacious theater. It is especially suitable for workshops and seminars and is ideal for small discussions, theatricals and presentations. The facility has fixed seating with easy ramp access. It is located on the 1st floor.
KICC VIP LOUNGE
The VIP lounge is tastefully designed and is ideal for VIP receptions and meetings. It is equipped with exquisite furniture. Depending on the client’s need, the room may be tailored to give the most discerning guest the best utility. The VIP lounge is best for Heads of State and VIP receptions and briefings. It is located on the 1st floor.

KICC’s Courtyard is a vast outdoor facility that can cater to many set-ups because of its expansive size. There are additional outdoor spaces next to the courtyard, mainly the COMESA Grounds and the raised-tree area.

The Lawn is an outdoor venue that is superb for exhibitions, dinners, parties, cocktails. It is located near the COMESA Grounds.
KICC COMESA GROUNDS
The COMESA Grounds are an outdoor located venue that is ideal for outdoor events such as product launches, family fun days and music extravaganzas. It is located at the Fronting Parliament Lane. In conjunction with the event organizers, PA sound systems can be erected strategically to enhance the ultimate audio and video experience. Event organizers also partner with our management to ensure tents are erected with regard to their requirements. It is easily accessible due to its location and offers a wonderful Kenyan experience during family fun days. COMESA Grounds are impeccable for brand launches where VIPs can have tents erected for them as required.
