The steps below will guide you on how to send please call me from Airtel to Safaricom
- On your phone, dial *100#. The main menu will populate
- Select the MORE option *
- Select option 9: Products & Services.
- Choose option 5 for Please Call me
- Input the Safaricom number to which you intend to send a call-back request.
You will receive a confirmation SMS from Airtel that the callback has been sent.
