Follow the steps below to send a callback request from your Airtel line to Telkom

On your dialer, dial *100#. The main menu will appear
Choose the MORE option *
Choose option 9 for Products & Services.
Select option 5 for Please Call me
Input the Telkom number you intend to send a callback request.

You will receive a confirmation SMS from Airtel that the callback has been sent.
