- Once Logged in, Select Department of Immigration services.

- Await approval via email, then download and print the eVisa from your eCitizen account.

a) Single entry Visa US $50.00 or local equivalent in Qatari Riyal
b) Multiple entry Visa US $100.00 or local equivalent in Qatari Riyal
c) Transit Visa US $20.00 or local equivalent in Qatari Riyal
d) East Africa Visa $100.00 or local equivalent in Qatari Riyal – allow travel between Kenya, Rwanda and Uganda with the same multiple entry visa.The holder of the East Africa Tourist Visa shall enter the region from the country that issued the visa and move within the two other countries without applying for another visa or paying another visa fee.
Diplomatic, Official, Service and Courtesy visas will continue to be issued Gratis.

PLEASE NOTE
- A visa is required prior to entry into Kenya.
- No visa is required for persons on direct Transit and will not leave the airport,
- East African visas are valid for three (3) months from the issuance date

CATEGORY 3 REFERRED VISA
Nationals (Passport Holders) of the following countries shall have their visa applications REFERRED to the Director of Immigration Services,Nairobi for approval. The processing time varies from case to case. No expedited services for Referred Visa applications.

Registration of Birth from the Kenyan Embassy in Doha Qatar
An application can only be made by persons who qualify for citizenship by descent. Chapter VI Section 90 of the constitution of Kenya states that:
“A person born outside Kenya after 11th December 1963 shall become a citizen of Kenya at the date of his / her birth if at that date his / her father is a citizen of Kenya”
We require the following documents to process the birth certificate of Kenyan citizens born abroad.
- Two (2) application forms (BDA) duly filled
- Copy of the fathers passport
- Copy of mothers passport
- Notification of Birth issued by the civil authorities or the hospital (Accompanied by two copies translated into English)
- Two (2) copies of marriage certificate translated into English or international marriage certificate (if legally married)
- Processing fee US$15.00 or equivalent in Qatari riyal
