Go to samsung.com.
Enter the model number of your TV in the search box e.g ES6600.
Select your model from the search results.
On the product details page, scroll down to the Support (or Firmware) section.
Open the Upgrade Guide for instructions on how to upgrade your TV.
The easiest method to follow is the online method, Alternatively follow the USB update method.
