This method is ideal for resetting a forgotten PIN and for new Airtel Money subscribers who would want to set their Airtel Money PIN for the first time.
- Dial *222# on your dialer
- From the menu, select option 8: My Account/PIN
- Choose Option 1 My PIN
- Select Option 6: Reset PIN/Forgot PIN
- Enter your New PIN
- Confirm the new PIN and press Ok
You will receive a message from AirtelMoney about a successful PIN Reset.
