5. Fill in the required details following the provided instructions and submit the application.
6. Upon successful submission, a pop-up message will confirm your application, displaying the loan serial number.

For those with internet access and a laptop, computer, or smartphone, the online portal provides an efficient way to apply for a subsequent HELB loan:

1. Log in to the HELB student portal using your registered account.
2. Navigate to the loans section and choose your level of study (Degree, Diploma, Certificate, Master’s Degree, Ph.D., etc.).
