Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is a multinational bottling company engaged in the marketing, production, and distribution of some of the world’s most popular and iconic drinks, from Coca-Cola trademark brands to organic teas, plant-based beverages, and much more.

The company was formed in May 2021, when Coca-Cola Amatil and Coca-Cola European Partners (CCEP) join together to form the world’s largest Coca-Cola bottler.

The new name of the company reflects what will be a broader and more balanced geographic footprint, doubling its consumer reach.

Coca-Cola Amatil

Coca-Cola Amatil Limited (CCA) was one of the largest bottlers of non-alcoholic ready-to-drink beverages in the Asia-Pacific region and one of the world’s five major Coca-Cola bottlers. The company also bottles beer and coffee. Its origins date back to 1904 as the tobacco company British Tobacco (Australia).

Coca-Cola European Partners (CCEP)

Coca-Cola European Partners (CCEP) was a British multinational bottling company dedicated to the marketing, production, and distribution of Coca-Cola products. It was established on May 28, 2016, through a merger of the three main bottling companies for The Coca-Cola Company: Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc., Coca-Cola Iberian Partners, S.A., and Coca-Cola Erfrischungsgetränke AG.

With over 33 000 employees and more than 2 million customers in 26 countries, Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is considered the world’s largest Coca-Cola bottler and one of the leading FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods) companies in the world.
